A message that is clear and echoes through a program becomes the brand and more importantly, the culture.  Here at Wayland, our players will hear the same message from Kindergarten through High School.  The expectations will be raised each year, but drawn from the same mantra.  Wayland Football players will come to know and understand what it means to be C-A-T-S!
